Acne!
Pimples! Zits! Blackheads!
Yuck! You have
them and you want to get rid of them. Acne is a
problem that is more widespread than people
think. It is also NOT just related to
teenagers. Certainly teenage kids have more
acne problems that adults, but the sad reality
is that acne can follow you straight into
adulthood. Yes, adult acne is a problem as
well. And it is not just acne on the visible
parts of your body. Many people suffer from
acne is all the wrong places (back acne, butt
acne, breast acne, neck and yes, other places
below that people just do not want to talk
about.) Whether you call them pimples, zits,
blackheads, whitehead, etc, they are indeed more
than a nuisance.
Fortunately, there are ways
to help you in your plight. It should be known
though, that not all cures are created equal,
and not all cures will work for all people. As
a teenager, I suffered from acne. I would pop
those little rascals when they become “ripe”.
In other words when the tip of the zit became
white I knew the puss underneath was under
pressure and it was ripe for popping. I am not
sure whether this helped or not. The debate on
that topic rages on, but I felt better popping
them. During my teenage years I tried all the
normal remedies including Clearasil, special
face scrubbing cleaners, etc. Nothing really
seemed to work. I also sensed that there was a
correlation between my junk food eating habits
and zit outbreaks. The more chocolate I ate,
the more zits I seemed to get. My face always
seemed oily. As a teenage boy with acne, life
was rough when it came to getting dates. Those
pimples seemed to come up at the worse time.
I hope through the many
links here that you find the educational
resources to find your solution. I have also
